NCSSZI(Nemzeti Csalad-es Szocialpolitikai Intezet[National Institute for Family and Social Policy]) is one of the supporting organisations of the Ministry of Human Capacities. As a background institution, it is responsible for managing and facilitating social and family policies, child protection matters, equal opportunities, youth affairs and drug prevention strategies. Major activities in the Institute are the following: scientific research, methodological development and services, statistical and information services; besides these principal activities they participate in the preparation and implementation of the related development programmes.
On March 17, 2010, KICCE concluded a Memorandum of Understanding on Research Cooperation with the Hungarian Institute of Social Policy and Labor(ISPL), with aim to promote research in areas of common interest including childcare teacher training, quality assurance in childcare services and the childcare leave system.
